1. The Platform
TRIBE is a curated ticketing platform that provides technology and infrastructure for event ticket sales.
TRIBE acts solely as a facilitator between Event Hosts (“Hosts”) and attendees. TRIBE is not the organizer, promoter, venue, or operator of any event.
By accessing or using TRIBE, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Fees & Payments
TRIBE charges a service fee on eligible ticket sales.
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and other supported payment gateways.
Service fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Payment providers may conduct identity verification, compliance reviews, or temporarily hold funds. TRIBE has no control over these processes and assumes no responsibility for delays, restrictions, or account limitations imposed by any payment provider.
3. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are solely responsible for:
- Creating and managing their events.
- The legality, safety, permits, and execution of their events.
- Ticket pricing and event information.
- Compliance with all applicable laws.
- Taxes and reporting obligations.
- Refund decisions (unless otherwise required by law).
- Chargebacks, disputes, and claims related to their events.
Hosts are also solely responsible for maintaining valid payment accounts. TRIBE is not responsible for any account suspension, verification request, payment delay, fund hold, or account restriction imposed by Stripe, Mercado Pago, banks, or any other financial institution.
TRIBE reserves the right to remove, suspend, or reject any event that violates these Terms or does not align with our platform standards.
4. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, all refund decisions are made solely by the Event Host.
TRIBE does not issue refunds for service fees unless an event is cancelled directly by TRIBE due to internal platform reasons.
5. Prohibited Events
The following events may not be listed on TRIBE:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent events
- Unauthorized ticket resales
- Events involving prohibited substances
- Hate speech or violent content
- Any activity that violates applicable law
TRIBE reserves the right to remove any event without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRIBE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
TRIBE shall not be responsible for:
- Event cancellations
- Event quality
- Venue issues
- Injuries or damages occurring during an event
- Actions or omissions of Hosts
- Payment provider decisions
- Bank account restrictions or payment holds
TRIBE’s maximum liability shall never exceed the amount of service fees received by TRIBE for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
The TRIBE name, branding, design, software, and platform infrastructure are the exclusive property of TRIBE.
No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
TRIBE may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
