1. The Platform

TRIBE is a curated ticketing solution. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We act as a facilitator between event organizers ("Hosts") and attendees.

2. Fees & Payments

TRIBE charges a service fee on every ticket sold. These fees are non-refundable and are used to maintain the platform's security and exclusive infrastructure. All transactions are processed via encrypted gateways (Stripe).

3. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are solely responsible for the execution, safety, and veracity of the events published. TRIBE reserves the right to remove any event that does not align with our community standards or aesthetic curation.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Event Host. TRIBE does not issue direct refunds for service fees unless an event is cancelled by the platform itself for internal reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and "TRIBE" brand are exclusive property of the developers. Users may not replicate the white-label structure for external commercial use without explicit consent.
